Kikucall Returns to Times Square with Yahoo! Search

Kikucall and R/GA were back on Broadway this summer with an interactive billboard campaign for Yahoo! Search.

The Reuters Interactive Billboard in Times Square tested consumers' trivia smarts with the Yahoo! Search Challenge. Consumers used their mobile phones to participate in an interactive quiz live on the billboard. Following each consumer interaction, Kikucall sent a text message to participants driving them to use Yahoo! Search.

Kikucall & Viacom Alert Teens of TV Favorite

Viacom's teen cable network, The N, worked with Kikucall to incorporate text messaging into a Mall Tour promoting the hit show, "Degrassi Jr. High."

Throughout the six week Tour, more than 60,000 teens across the U.S. interacted with the Degrassi brand at their local malls. To extend the brand experience, Kikucall sent teens a series of text messages featuring Degrassi content, a chance to win Degrassi prizes, and reminders to tune into Degrassi Friday nights on The N.


Mobile Advertising on the Rise

A recent report from In-Stat found that over one third of consumers polled would opt-in to receive targeted advertising messages on their mobile phones. Mobile advertising is not just appealing to consumers – more and more brands are partnering with Kikucall to deliver messages direct to consumer cellphones.
