Kikucall LIVE on the Samsung Interactive Billboard - in Times Square!

You can catch Kikucall's newest project, an exciting interactive mobile campaign to promote Samsung's new Blu-ray Disc Player, live in Times Square throughout the month of November.

Working with Samsung's Advertising agency, Cheil Communications, Kikucall has enabled a program that allows onlookers in Times Square to interact with the Samsung Billboard LIVE.

Upon arriving in Times Square pedestrians will be prompted by a street team of lovely models to text "Samsung" to the Kikucall short code. Kikucall will send a follow-up SMS message with a prompt to vote for their favorite movie genre. The Kikucall platform tallies these votes and displays the winning movie genre in the form of a clip inspired by the tagline "Emotions Amplified." Viewers can see the character of Ray as he reacts to the clip they've chosen on his Blue-Ray player. They can then text their name to the Kikucall short code and see it appear in real time on the Interactive Board.

Nike’s Wallpapers of the Future!

Kikucall enabled mobile wallpapers for an exciting new promotion for Nike’s Air Max Hybrid sneakers. Interactive Agency Odopod created a Flash micro-site that allowed consumers to post a mini Nike website to their social networking sites. By cutting and pasting the embedded HTML code, consumers could post a small website that played videos about Nike hybrid sneakers, and offered desktop and mobile wallpaper downloads.

Consumers posted the site on their social networking profiles, in emails, and on personal websites. A synthesis of viral marketing and social networking made this a unique interactive experience you’d really get a kick out of!

Text Messages Enable an Underground Dos XX Party!

Kikucall worked with Alcone Promotions to create an exclusive invite to a Dos XX Tribal Nights Adventure Party. Brand ambassadors were stationed on-site in bars across the North East region, to prompt consumers to send a keyword (that distinguished their location) to the Kikucall short code to opt in for the exclusive party invitation.

Consumers received text alerts to psyche them up for the party, but did not know the exact time and location of the Dos XX party until a week before the event. Consumers then recieved a text message invitation revealing the secret location of the Tribal Adventure Party.

The parties were held at private beaches and clubs in New York and New Jersey and had a live band, dancers, fire throwers, fortune tellers, henna tattoos, professionally designed sand castles and an entire bar made of ice.

Elizabeth Arden’s So… Perfume is a Blast!

To help Elizabeth Arden promote their new So… Fragrance, Kikucall enabled a mobile sweepstakes in conjunction with promotional agency Mr. Youth. Street teams promoting the fragrance engaged consumers to text-in to receive to receive a perfume scratch-and-win card. Elizabeth Arden then sent consumers a text message with details about a So... Fragrance sweepstakes to win concert tickets.

The sweepstakes rewarded the first 25 people to send in a camera phone picture with their purchased fragrance with concert tickets to shows with artists Jamie Cullum, the Black Eyed Peas, and John Mayer. The contest ran in three markets: Miami, New York, and Philadelphia.
